The "two high" projects mainly refer to high energy consumption and high pollution projects, mainly including industries such as steel, coal, casting, cement, electrolytic aluminum, etc. We must strictly control the increment, resolutely curb the blind development of high energy consumption and high emission projects, and strictly implement the requirements for capacity replacement. Self inspection, rectification and treatment facilities for sewage and wastewater



The arbitrary discharge of sewage and wastewater seriously affects the quality of our living water quality. Enterprises should attach importance to sewage treatment equipment, inspect sewage treatment facilities and discharge outlets, check whether the emergency disposal facilities for accident wastewater of sewage discharge enterprises are complete, meet relevant requirements, and ensure the interception, storage, and treatment of wastewater generated in the event of environmental pollution accidents. According to relevant regulations, the main discharge outlet should be equipped with environmental protection signs, online monitoring and detection equipment as required, and monitoring sampling points should be set up in accordance with relevant pollutant discharge standards to facilitate the measurement of flow and velocity.



When discharging treated wastewater, it is necessary to check whether the quality of the discharged wastewater meets the requirements of national or local pollutant discharge standards, and minimize the amount of discharge as much as possible. If necessary, on-site monitoring or sampling can be carried out. At the same time, check the diversion of rainwater and water pollution, and check whether the sewage discharge unit implements the separation of clean water and sewage.

Waste residue and exhaust gas are also important pollutants for fastener enterprises. The waste residue mainly consists of slag and oxide skin generated from processes such as wire drawing and annealing. The waste residue contains toxic substances such as silicates and nitrates. Fastener enterprises should register and file the waste residue, establish reasonable collection, storage, and transportation systems, and reduce the harm of the waste residue to the environment.



Exhaust gas is also an important pollutant in fastener production, and enterprises should meet the "Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants" for exhaust gas emissions
